Today’s deck is Luna’s Le Petit Prince Tarot Deck.

Something something we stan Luna Factory THAT COPYRIGHT SYMBOL THREW ME INTO A RABBIT HOLE.
I could’ve sworn that The Little Prince was in the public domain. My first surprise was that it wasn’t until 2015 (I’ve told in the past my story of how we tried reading the dang thing in sixth grade and never got far), but also there’s a Narnia situation where it’s public Domain everywhere BUT France and the US. MOREOVER, the illustrations specifically are still copyrighted, it seems. I’m gonna guess this specific style and whatnot is copyrighted which is why this is a licensed deck.
Today’s reading advises patience nurturing the current process of celebrating all parts of myself. It’s probably related to me wanting to revisit some old ideas.

I thought “Oh hey it’s Saturday, that means I get to sleep all I want!”
Wrong!
At around 4PM or so, my landlady calls asking me how the AC of the unit is doing since, well… last time I rented the place went cold and unused for a while.
Now, I know the AC was fine because I went yesterday to the office to check the mailbox, but my paranoid ass went “what if something happened between yesterday and today, though?”.
So jolted by the paranoia I go out (not running thankfully, but still) and… yeah, the AC is fine. A bit noisy but fine.
I think I explained this before, but the main thing is that it’s a really old building (from like the 70s) and the units were made thinking about older whole-unit ACs rather than the splits we’re used to nowadays.
So the extraction unit is housed within a wooden box as an ad-hoc solution… a very clumsy one, but I’ll be damned, it works.
Once that was out of the way I didn’t do anything too crazy beyond the usual ongoing sorting around, but there was a minor rabbit hole I dug myself into in parallel.

Why is Milky Holmes called Milky?
I love Milky Holmes… the anime at least, both seasons are collectively my second or third favorite anime comedy ever depending on my mood that day (first being Cromartie, second place contender being Joshiraku) and something made me wonder like, why the word “Milky” specifically?
My first instinct is that it’s a play of some kind with “Miru”/”look”, so I looked up as much as I could but the only thing I could find was that Sharo came up with the name herself… which means I’m gonna need to go and play the PSP games, though I suspect the answer is gonna be that she did indeed come up with it but it has no special meaning.
I didn’t know that Sharo is called “Sherlock Shellingford” because “Shellingford” was one of the runner up names for Sherlock, that’s cool.

…wait, would that make Milky Holmes a gijinka IP? Hm…
