Today’s deck is the Joyful Journey Tarot.

It is very VERY cute.

Today’s reading is fun because I was just thinking about how one of those small things I’ve tried to do to improve myself is NOT try to read others’ minds (not literally, reading between lines etc) since I can get effective enough at it that people in the past… stopped communicating effectively in the assumption that I would know what they mean. Long story short this eventually leads into a pattern where I get treated poorly because I should obviously assume there’s affection right?

Anyway, today’s reading is just reflecting on me thinking about that.

Photo studio day! I had an appointment last week but then Work Happened.

I’m trying to bring as many as I can at least once before I end up looping back. Due to the size of their dioramas I also like to bring at least one small girl.

So today I brought Marina (who hasn’t been out for a while) and Yuzu (who I couldn’t bring out during sakura season) and also a new girl.

The new addition is Akari, she’s Akane’s little sister. Whereas Luna and Sol have the “the petite and more youthful one is the big sister” sort of thing going on, here there’s the “little sister is the more innocent-looking” dynamic.

Specifically, while Akane is a self-proclaimed “little devil”, Akari is a “little angel”. The twist is that Akane isn’t even mischievous, just pampered. Which is the other difference. Luna and Sol are very independent in general while Akane and Akari prefer to be near people that look after them.

As you can tell, the session went great, my small LED didn’t die at the start too! It died near the end but that means it was on for the better part of hour and a half.

Afterwards I figured hey, I’ve got girls with me, let’s go to Element L for a little bit.

It was a slow day, I’m assuming because it’s a Tuesday, but I had fun!

By the way, here’s a comparison for those that don’t know who Akane is.

I started slowly prepping mentally for the trip in the weekend, but other than that nothing too exciting.
