Today’s deck is Luna’s Dark Angel Tarot.

If the box looks odd it’s because it’s part of a set of TWO decks, I’ll show the other one tomorrow. My only complaint? Too many boys.
Today’s reading is telling me that it’s time to start looking after myself more.

While my sleep schedule is a mess, the effect is shockingly lessened by the fact that the sun goes down at almost 8PM and up at like 4AM so the lack of sunlight hasn’t hit me yet.
What’s hitting me is the heat though, fuck me. I’ve said it before but it’s always amusing how seasons in Japan change so abruptly, from one day to the next it’s like BAM HUMID SUMMER, BITCH.

I woke up today randomly remembering something.
So a while back (last year I think?) I saw one of those “AI undressing” things and decided to give the free test a try. Basically one or two attempts with the option for nudes locked behind an account and money. And it was… uh…
So basically the way it worked was that it detected the body and/or clothing, then you selected areas, gave it body type and clothing (or lack thereof) and press the button to process it.
So you know, you hear “AI undressing” and you think “oh it’s gonna analyze the image and then create something” but no, it’s more like it reads an outline and then just fills in the gap with very little regard for the context and whatnot.
Here’s the part where I tell you I tried this with some random cosplay photo I had saved and if you’ve seen the average cosplay shoot studio photo you know they overcorrect and adjust things to the point where the lack of blemishes or even shadows from the light is uncanny, and at that point, honestly, it’s not really that hard to edit things yourself with photoshop… in fact, I saw that happen a LOT long before these “tools” came to be. Which is kinda what I say that it’s not like LLMs have caused new problems, they just made those problems more accessible to more people.

Speaking of those photos, here’s another funny detail.
A while ago I was browsing sexdoll websites and seeing the models I was like “wait, I recognize this face, did they make a sexdoll based on this one cosplayer I follow?”.
They didn’t.
They modeled the face after the FILTER those girls use in the photos, hence inadvertedly making the sexdoll look like 70% of asian cosplayers on Twitter.
Don’t think I have some weird chud-esque vendetta against those women by the way, the only thing I hate in everything I mentioned is the face filters (I just deeply dislike face being too perfect or distorted, it’s part of why I hate babies) and the LLMs.
The only point I’m making here is “I just randomly remembered this thing” because otherwise the day was kinda uneventful. The main thing was that the new bookshelf had a delivery attempt so I spent all morning not moving because I’m tired but likewise not staying too still as to not fall asleep.

It eventually arrived, but that’s a goal for a Fer that’s not half-asleep.
