Today’s is the Dive Into You Tarot.

Keep in mind I’m basing the name on the listing, it might be wrong.
Today’s reading explains that a creative block born out of self-imposed limitations is bound to get in the way of making things happen.
Couple of things come to mind about that, but it’s extra fitting with today’s main thing as you’ll see.

For better or worse today didn’t have any major events going on, though there’s one bit that’s worth mentioning: Me deciding to throw out all the anime figure boxes I have around.
I didn’t really hold onto them out of sentimentality, but rather just that general sense of “what if I need these later though?”.
But then I was thinking about my collection of Prisma Illya figures and the fact that not only are a couple of them almost 10 years old since I got them imported back into Venezuela and then eventually sent to my apartment when I moved here (my first two figures ever were a Miyu and Chloe beast figures preordered on-release), but I don’t really see myself getting rid of any of them anytime soon.
You know what else I don’t see myself doing anytime soon? Moving out, and even if I move out, it’s arguably easier and more space-efficient to dissasemble and wrap the figures than to look for the boxes.
Hell, all those bootleg nude mod figures I’ve gotten recently come exactly like that and they do fine in a less careful flight and whatnot.

There’s also just… so many older figmas and whatnot that I haven’t sold because I was like “oh let me get them in their box” while I’m sure that a few of their accesories are lost anyways.
I talked about it with N who is in the process/madness of moving out right now and she confirms that the figure boxes are definitely worth throwing out but that boxes for Figuarts are better to sort the accesories and whatnot since they also don’t take much space anyways.
That’s gonna free up so much space man.
Speaking of freeing up space, things got sorted enough that it was time to buy one of the new rolling bookshelves. Why the room even has enough space for me to build it there instead of doing weird twisting and gymnastics!

We’ll see how that goes when it arrives.
