Today’s deck is the DC Tarot.

I’m not really an american comics person, I’m in fact basically allergic to them (and believe you me, I’ve given them the ol’ college try plenty of times in the past) so not much comment about accuracy or theme.
Today’s reading suggests a fear of being left behind as things move on, and while this is something I could pinpoint to specific things in my mind, it’s also just something I’m eternally worried about in some way.

There was a doll event today at 4PM… I woke up at 2PM super stiff after like 11 hours of sleep and I decided that you know what? maybe I should take it easy today.
Early on in the day I was looking at yet another payment that lapsed from being unable to use my damn cards and in the midst of the options I saw Paypay.
Paypay is relatively new, in fact I distinctly remember seeing when it was rolled out and how the name kinda annoyed me. Dunno why in hindsight but it just… did.
So I download the Paypay app only to find out I apparently had an account already. This confused me until I saw I had some D-points (one of the many many many MANY point cards in this country) and the account was probably doubling as a Paypay account.
The main thing worth pointing out is that Paypay does have a prepaid option. I can go to a Seven Eleven ATM and recharge the account. Think of it as an Apple Pay that you reload in ATMs and is accepted in arguably more shops around here.
Then I saw that apparently, after identity verification, you could request a card number. Basically a Visa card number that draws from the funds in the Paypay account.
And so Fer applied for a third card, If it’s approved before Friday it should still be within the “90 days before Visa expiration” deadline.
…fuck me, I gotta start that process in two weeks again…

Even though I didn’t go to the doll event, I still printed these meishi with the blog and photography links for fun. 200 of each for like 1700 yen, how can I not?
It gave me the idea that I should refresh my own meishi sometime soon. I should make a landing page with a bunch of links and portafolio, now that I think about it.

By the way, the account that posts anime opening that I mentioned yesterday also posted the original opening of what I knew as “Shinzo” but is actually called “Mushranbo”.
The way I’d describe the show is: Journey to the West, except every humanoid turns into a card when they die. Also Sha Wujing and Zhu Bajie can go into Wukong’s nipples to become Magician Of Faith With A Sword.
There’s apparently a bunch of differences with the original, even outside the title what the dub called “Enterrans” are called “Matrixers” in the original and excuse me but that’s way cooler.
The name Shinzo is interesting, though, because it sounds like “Jinzo” as in “Jinzo Ningen” or “Modified Human”.
Also, the show does this thing where the second half of it is basically a rethread of the first half with the human character being replaced with someone else and I remember watching reruns became SO confusing because I’d decide to check the show and the human is a peaceful adult-looking girl, and then next time I tune in it’s the same episode but now the human is a child-like girl with a bazooka and I felt like I was going crazy.

Whether from the freed up mental space, ideas whirling too hard inside my head, or something else, I finally started writing that smut I wanted to try out for ages.
Dunno what shape it’ll take, dunno when it’ll be done, don’t even know if it’ll be done… but the process started and that’s more than before.
