It stands for ENTelligence

Today’s deck is the Tarot of Curious Creatures.

Yet another collage one, and I really like it. It’s in that very specific middle ground of “I would fully recommend it, it’s not for me, but I wouldn’t hate using it”.

Today’s reading has an undercurent of transitioning from conflict that hits shockingly close to home in terms of some paperwork I’ve been doing.

Not really any photos today so have this instead.

Shockingly, I was able to wake up without feeling like shit for the ENT, though I did get delayed by 20 minutes or so but I gave them warning.

The doctor agreed it was inflammated and prescibed some antibiotics. There was a moment where she asked how many times a day I used qtips and I said “everyday” and then I had to clarify it’s not a compulsion, if I don’t it overflows with wax.

In hindsight, that should’ve been a sign huh…

I do wonder if me using earbuds might’ve been a factor in the infection not properly dying… though I do wonder why just the right ear. I used to have infections in both and the right one was the one that remained that way even after changing to the Sony noise cancelling headphones.

The visit also confirmed I don’t have any evident problems in throat or nose which is good to know. Gotta return on Saturday for a follow up.

I went straight to get the meds and then went back home and man, that walk back home was hell. It was like 3 degrees and the wind was blowing on my face the whole time, it felt so endless…

While warming up back home, the AGA clinic called me and they’ll be sending me THOSE meds in a couple of days so progress continues to happen!

Encouraged by that I decided to do OTHER paperwork stuff which included sending my updated CV to the bank.

If you think being your own boss saves you the indignity of a CV think again.

Another song I’ve been into lately

Tomorrow I gotta do the embassy stuff in Tokyo and I’m gonna be honest, I don’t want to. I’m talking borderline tantrum levels of don’t want to.

But like usual, just gotta try to give it a more positive spin… somehow.

In the meantime, I finished the third profile for The Girls, this time for Marina. I was already looking forward to seeing how all the girls stack to each other as a group, but something I didn’t notice until now is that it’s a great way to keep track of who’s been neglected.

Maybe I should bring her with me tomorrow, we’ll see…
