Today’s deck is the Lucky in Love Tarot

Soy ink is a thing???? That’s so cool if it is. It reminds me of the plastic made out of rice I see sometimes and how there’s very little practical difference but you still don’t see it that often, sadly.
I might be a consumerist bitch, but I’m never against improvements even when they require some compromise.
The deck is good though! Shame about the backs.
Today’s reading talks of anxieties with creation, of that sort of “can I get excited? dare I be excited?” anxiety when good things happen or the bad things stop.

I woke up to go straight to the certification thing… or rather, I woke up at like 9AM to go out with plenty of time but I was so sleepy I didn’t actually go out until the last possible minute where I could’ve made good time.
The appointment was simple, just had to wait for him to finish redacting the letter and such which took around 20 minutes total.
The office had a sticker on the outside about collectibles and I wonder if he also does the thing where you take a graded Pokemon card and he certifies it’s the real deal.
That means he deals with passports, collectibles, paternity tests, and criminal evidence. What an interesting job.

On the way back I dropped by the bank because I’d been meaning to get a debit card or something similar and I kept getting a random error so I wanted to make sure there was no problem and they told me there wasn’t, I did confirm I had my cellphone registered instead of my landline though.
I went straight back home afterwards because it’s like 32 degrees during the day nowadays and I need to cool off. I sent the passport thingy to the bank and I actually got the last missing paper on my email while at it and I had to lay down for like half an hour.
It was one of those moments where long-standing tension finally lets up and you become goop.
After getting out of bed I tried to do the card request again only to get the same error, and I was ready to resign myself to “this is another one-year-visa problem somehow” when I decided to try getting a credit card instead… and it worked. Not only that but I got the “Your request was approved, please wait for your card” before the day ended.
So I cannot get a debit card but I can get a credit with an option for loans…
Sure, why not, it’s not the weirdest thing that’s happened to me.

The magical thing about having finished the damn long bank paperwork is that I suddenly had so much freed up mental bandwidth, but I was also exhausted, so I was doing things very slowly but doing them nonetheless.
Eventually I get tired and feel like walking a little so I go out and go to McDonald’s and I make an amazing discovery.
They added a size above L for drinks and they called it J.
You can now order a J Cup.
You can go to McDonald’s and order a J Cup and a Creampie.

In this house we never say no to a cool tall J Cup.
