No adventure today… kinda.
Your eyes do not deceive you, somehow I ended up with the same cards as yesterday and I swear to God I shuffled the deck.
The reading is basically the same but with a more internal flavor than external… but the implications of it all being the same cards spook me a little.
For today I had a few spots in mind… I then decided to play it safe and take it easy.
The reason is kinda simple: I’m kinda exhausted but not in a physical way. Moving arpound here with just cabs is already a bit of a chore, but then the beaches kinda ssume you have a car or the like to take shade in and whatnot and the result is that moving from point a to point b by foot is inherently… hard.
Mind you, I don’t regret the trip and I’ve done everything I wanted to do, but as I decide on what to do today I feel my mind (not my body, my MIND) telling me to reconsider.
So reconsider I did, I just went to get lunch and uh… oh right, Wednesdays are like… the Sunday of beachside stuff when they close and whatnot. I wonder if it’s because Wednesday in Japanese is literally “Water Day”.
The nearby bakery was open though. I wanted a light meal anyways since I’ve got a reservation at a Tempura place tonight.
I also saw what I called “ahegao shirts for normies”.
You just know I had to get some for the bit.
For now I got some pics while in my room.
REALLY proud of the results, and of every photo in this trip, really.
Afterwards I went to the tempura place. While I didn’t end up AS full as the sushi place it was great. The whole experience was nice because the chef is like “this is such and such and I recommend you use this garnish”. And then they serve me like… it was like beef, but it was in a wooden box and it’s like the box was filled with insence smoke. It was amazing.
The day closed with juggling of luggage weight, as it tends to do.
