What’s Onigiri?

Today’s tarot is the Green Trace Tarot.

It’s green alright. It’s also cute.

Today’s reading is basically telling me “yeah yeah financial paperwork is a hassle, but it’s a necessary hassle”.

There’s this weird thing where it feels like February is cursed for me.

What I mean is that every time I try to get into journaling in earnest, SOMETHING transpires in February that makes me derail it all.

Case in point, trying to catch up with my physical journal I noticed that I left off at the start of February specifically.

But I’m breaking the dang curse this year, dang it. So I put my pocket journal (the one I use to take notes through the day) on my jacket as we did things today.

Today’s plan was actually simple, just going back to Kobe so E could buy the camera she had her eye on last time.

The plan was contingent on waking up at a good time and I woke up at like… 1PM. I was destroyed. I half woke up at around 7 AM, then 10AM, then midday, and at all of those times my body was like “no you don’t you bitch”.

Eventually we woke up, eventually we dragged our asses out of the house.

I was thinking about bringing Poppy and Dahlia with me again, but forecast was Ass Weather so I decided against it. It was slightly frustrating but any practice to get over that sense of frustration is good practice, I feel.

After getting the camera we made a quick stop at the Volks shop but there wasn’t anything particularly new there, not yet at least.

I’ve been wanting to get Luna a new copy of her wig, but turns out that model is sold out even online, and the vibes change way too much with different hair.

On the train back I started updating my pocket journal. It’s less delayed than my regular journal, but it’s still, like… back in the 20th. Thankfully I found a sitting spot and the train ride was kinda long.

Writing everything down made me realize that damn… it’s been a busy few weeks, huh…

We stopped by Yodobashi Camera and had some dang good Tonkatsu.

Then we got back home and I needed to do some work so out to the office I went.

Part of the paperwork I had to do involved inputting my 13-digit corporate number. Problem being that the corporate number I have is only 12.

Don’t worry, there’s an easy solution to that!

…yeah
