A shampoo by any other name

Today’s deck is the Tarot Cats.

I wonder how many cat decks I’ve repeated because there’s so many and also so many ways you can name a deck after cats…

This one’s cute though.

Today’s reading shows an undercurrent of emotional hesitation. Some things come to mind on that front, yeah…

Well, they came to clean the pipes and seems there’s no issue which is a relief.

I paid for the things that were waiting yesterday for the transaction limit to rise and I finished a new post for the Uma Musume blog.

My original plan was to make a quick post of that one 5th anniversary fanbook that was meant to release at the end of this month but the release got changed to September.

That’s no issue, mind you, but it made me shift into a different idea I had sorta kinda brewing in my mind. I originally wanted to post it by June so the Archive tab on the side doesn’t skip a month but well, the usual busywork kicked in, what can you do.

I should think about making those smaller posts about girls I’m not in a rush to focus on but that have something interesting to bring up.

The hair bleaching appointment is tomorrow and I was remembering a fun thing from my homeland.

Basic necessities were put on a list of stuff that couldn’t be more expensive than a certain amount. This sound dandy in theory but the prices in question were grossly outdated in relation to the inflation so a lot of manufacturers just refused to make them since they would be basically losing money.

One such product was shampoo, it became scarce super quick, but the manufacturers found a funny loophole.

You see, shampoo’s price is regulated, conditioner’s price is regulated… but there’s no rules that “treatment” (no, not that one) and “pre-treatment” were regulated.

And people wonder why I still have nightmares about the place to this day…
